Frequently Asked Questions

What type of poultry do you offer, and what is the kashrus?

How are products sold?

Products are sold by the case. Each product listing shows the estimated number of packs per case and the approximate quantity in each pack.

Why is pricing shown per pound?

Case weights vary. The price displayed on each product is the price per pound – not the final price of the case.

When will my order total be available?

Your total will be available on the delivery day, once the actual weight of each case is confirmed.

Will I be charged when I submit my order?

No. Your card is securely saved when you place your order. On the day of delivery, your card will be charged based on the actual case weights at the posted per-pound prices, plus any applicable delivery fee. A 2% discount is available when paying by cash, PayPal, or Zelle.

Is my card information secure?

Yes. Card details are securely processed and stored by Stripe. KosherPoultry.ca does not store your full card number.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. First-time customers must create an account and save a payment method. Returning customers must log in before checking out.

Do you ship orders?

No. We do not offer parcel shipping. Orders are delivered directly to your home within our designated Pennsylvania delivery area.

When is the order deadline?

Orders are placed approximately every 6 weeks. Upcoming order and delivery dates will be posted on the order page. Any changes or cancellations must also be requested before that deadline.

When are orders delivered?

Deliveries are generally scheduled for Wednesday. We will contact you if the delivery schedule changes.

Will my poultry arrive fresh or frozen?

Products may arrive fresh or frozen depending on availability, production schedules and transportation conditions.

Does someone need to be home?

No. If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left at your door, and you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp with a photo confirming delivery. Once delivered, you are responsible for ensuring that the poultry is refrigerated or frozen promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations are accepted only until the order deadline. After the order has been submitted to the supplier, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can prices change?

Yes. Per-pound prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Your order will be charged according to the posted price applicable to that order.
